Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. Requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may result in your session being forfeited.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late or more may need to be rescheduled, especially for time-sensitive treatments.
Consultation Requirement: For advanced services such as IV drips, Botox, fillers, thread lifts, or other doctor-administered procedures, a consultation may be required before treatment begins.
