MOLD Manila Policy

At MOLD Manila, your safety, satisfaction, and trust are at the heart of everything we do. To ensure a seamless and professional experience for all clients, we’ve outlined our general clinic policies below.

General Guidelines

All clients are required to complete a Client Intake Form and Health History prior to receiving any treatment.

First-time clients, or those undergoing advanced procedures such as IV drips, Botox, thread lifts, fillers, or brow tattoos, may be asked to attend a consultation with our doctor or licensed practitioner before the treatment.

A consultation fee may or may not be charged, depending on the service booked or the practitioner consulted.

Any applicable fees will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.

All treatments are strictly by appointment. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and will only be accommodated based on availability.

To ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment, clients are expected to follow the pre-treatment and post-care guidelines provided by the clinic.

• Please arrive on time.

• Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, particularly for time-sensitive treatments.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required on or before the day of the treatment.

We accept Cash, GCash, bank transfer, and all major credit cards.

All purchased treatments and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Packages are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase and cannot be converted into cash or other services.

Service prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Confirmed bookings will honor the rate at the time of booking.


Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the session.

Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be asked to fully prepay future sessions as a condition of booking.


Consent and Client Responsibility

All treatments at MOLD Manila are elective. By proceeding with any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You release MOLD Manila, its owners, representatives, and staff from any claims or liabilities resulting from your voluntary decision to undergo non-surgical procedures. You fully understand and accept all associated risks, which may include, but are not limited to: redness, bruising, swelling, allergic reactions, infections, and results that may not meet your expectations.

You confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical history, conditions, allergies, medications, or prior procedures that may affect the outcome of your treatment.

You understand that failing to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions, or withholding relevant health information, absolves MOLD Manila from responsibility for any resulting complications. Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.

You acknowledge that all treatments are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and not subject to exchange.In rare instances where additional medical care may be required, you accept full responsibility for any expenses incurred outside of MOLD Manila.

You consent to the taking of photos or videos strictly for clinical documentation. If these materials are to be used for marketing or social media, your explicit written permission will be obtained. Clients may opt out by submitting a written request.

You understand that separate consent forms will be provided and must be signed for doctor-administered procedures such as Botox, fillers, and thread lifts.


Informed Consent Acknowledgement

By booking and receiving services at MOLD Manila, you acknowledge that all treatments are elective and that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms outlined in this policy.
